Method of making rice water.


1. Take half cup of uncooked rice and wash it thoroughly twice.

4. Soon afterwards strain the rice water into clean bowl.

For hair:
Wash your hair with rice water once a week.

Motion sickness (travel or motion sickness) is the general term for a group of distasteful symptoms, such as dizziness, nausea, or vomiting, which occur during a trip. This is a very common obstruction of the inner ear that is caused by constant motion such as sea waves, car speed, airplane speed, etc. Children, women and elderly people between 5 and 12 years of age are more likely to get sick.
